Handouts:
To print your handouts/posters out in Budapest there are two places really close to the conference venue:
CopyStore : 1088 Budapest Szentkirályi u 33-35
Copyguru: 1088 Budapest, Szentkirályi utca 38.
Posters:
The size of an ideal poster is A0 because the poster boards at SOUL2017 will conveniently measure 1m*2m.
Social programs
Self-pay conference dinner on 27 June from about 7 p.m. This will be in a restaurant near the conference venue (about a 10 minute walk).
Reception on 28 June at Építészpince (1088. Budapest, Ötpacsirta utca 2.).
Currency
The local currency is the Hungarian forint (HUF, Ft), with an approximate exchange rate of 1 EUR = 310 HUF, 1 USD = 290 HUF.
Most stores only accept payment in HUF, though some (usually bigger) stores may accept euros, too. Currency exchange shops are found everywhere in town, they are safe, and offer better rates than banks. We strongly advise you to avoid people offering money exchange on the streets, though!
ATMs (cash machines) are easy to come by, too.
Most stores accept major international credit cards (VISA, MasterCard – almost everywhere, AmEx – in many places).
